How to Dress Like Brock from Pokemon
Brock is always easily recognizable by his dark brown spiky hair, and you can get this same look yourself in one of two ways – you can either buy a wig or style your own hair with gel and hairspray to keep the spikes in place. Search Halloween stores, party stores or various online costume websites to find a good wig. Make sure to pick a spiky or choppy one!
If you can’t find a wig like this, just buy a regular brown wig and use gel to style it. Buy a rubber wig cap or shower cap too so you can hide your own hair underneath. You can order hair gel and spray online from retail websites or check your local drugstore’s cosmetics counter to find some that you like.
Brock wears a baggy green down vest over an orange t-shirt and brown pants. You can find all these items online. Check out costume websites or online retail stores like Amazon or eBay to find the right clothes.
Brock carries a lot of stuff in two front pockets on the vest, so select one with similar pockets when you shop for a more realistic-looking costume.
Don’t forget Brock’s belt! He has a utility belt with brown pocket-like holders for all his supplies when he travels.
To complete an authentic looking costume, buy yourself a red-and-white plastic poke-ball and a pair of gray sneakers online or at your nearest shoe store. Plastic poke-balls are sold as toys through many online retail websites and stores.
With a DIY Brock costume, you’ll be sure to catch ’em all at your big event when the time comes!
