Sadness from ‘Inside Out’: DIY Cosplay Guide
In Inside Out, Sadness is one of the five emotions that lives inside of a young girl’s mind. She appeared within Riley Anderson’s mind within 33 seconds of her birth. Since the emotions are constantly trying to keep Riley happy, Sadness often is at odds with her colleagues, especially Joy. Sadness, Joy and the other emotions become even more contentious when Riley moves to a new place and has trouble fitting in with her new surroundings and new life.
Sadness, as her name indicates, has a persistent glum appearance. She is almost always frowning and she is blue from head to toe. She wears a light blue turtleneck sweater. She also wears large over-sized round glasses and dark blue hair parted in an emo style.
