Tommy Pickles is the main character from the classic NickToons show, Rugrats. He and his other baby friends explore the world, which for them isn’t very far, as they are all under two years old, but it’s adventurous nonetheless. All of these adventures are done with a very simple uniform of a baby shirt and a diaper.
Tommy is still a little bit bald and waddles around his world in a light blue shirt that is short enough it shows his belly button, and hopefully, a clean diaper. But that’s it! No shoes, no pants, no worries.
