Drax is extremely clueless when it comes to social interactions. He is a human’s spirit in a super- strong alien body. His name used to be Arthur Douglas, and when his family was killed by Thanos via Ronan, the Titan god known as Kronos took his spirit and put it into a powerful new body with the purpose of killing Thanos.

He is somewhat of a comic relief character in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, as he often misunderstands social cues in hilarious ways. He is a grey muscular humanoid with red scrolling on his skin. He has no hair, and wears black motorcycle pants, a black studded belt, and knee- high black buckle boots. He is also known to carry his special silver dagger with red scrawling so that he can save Quill when he doesn’t have a very high percentage of a plan. Also, DO NOT ever call Drax a thesaurus.

Mask, Bald Cap, and Body Paint:

Firstly, Drax has no hair. I know I said that a minute ago, but you weren’t listening then, you were thinking of something else. To make this work, you will need a bald cap to hide all of your hair. You will then need to paint the cap and your neck and ears grey with grey body paint.

Then, put on a Drax the Destroyer mask. You can get all of these items online or at a costume shop. Just remember, *nothing* goes over your head…! Your reflexes are too fast, you would catch it.

Muscle Suit:

What if someone does something irksome and you decide to remove his spine? Well, you’re going to need muscles for that, which luckily you can get in the form of a Drax the Destroyer muscle suit which you can find online or at a costume shop. Why would you want to put your finger on his throat? Finger on throat means death! Metaphor.

Motorcycle Pants and Belt:

Creepy little beast! This vermin speaks of affairs he knows nothing about! He has no respect! Intimidate Rocket Racoon with your tough black motorcycle pants and your black studded belt. You can find them online. They are very practical, unlike Quill’s stereo- player. Quill shows spirit. He shall make a keen ally in the battle against Ronan. But, he’s an imbecile.

Black Buckle Boots and Drax’s Dagger:

Spare me your foul gaze woman! My knee- high black buckle boots are totally helpful in my fighting style. You can find these online or at a costume store. I like your knife, I’m keeping it.

Drax carries a silver dagger with the same red scrolling on it as he has on his body. You’re right. I was a fool. All that anger. All that rage. It just covered my loss. Of course, Ronan was only a puppet. It’s really Thanos that I need to kill.
